We have a 5-stage refinement process for talent pooling and pre- screening. All our workers are thoroughly screened and certified before being accepted into our workforce.

2. Talent Strategy
- Database skills match and pre-screening

- Interview, personality match, cultural fit, verify the currency of qualifications.
3. Candidate Review
- Team meeting to assess a pooled screened candidate
- Partitioning of labour for client
- Interview based on skills and experience
- Drug & alcohol, work rights, references, clean record with no planned leave
4. Field Deployment
- Terms and conditions understood and signed, medical declaration reviewed and signed, PPE approved and supplied
- First-day preparation, induction, site awareness
5. Review and Extension
- Review of processes with client against future criteria
- Review contract, extensions and future projects
